General terms on enrolment at BPR Assessoria em Sistemas Metodológicos de Natação LTDA (“BPR Natação”), registered under CNPJ 07.316.119/0002-06, located at Rua Doutor João Tobias Pinto Rebelo, 3589 – Portão, Curitiba – PR, 81070-070, Brazil. Specific terms are set at the time of enrolment.
New students are welcome to a trial class before enrolling. Enrolment confirms the program, schedule and monthly fee.
Enrolment follows Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For enrolments made at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days under article 49 of the CDC.
You may cancel with the notice set out in your enrolment agreement. Fees already due are payable up to the cancellation date.
