Trial class and joining
You can book a trial lesson before joining. When you enrol, the class, times and monthly fee are confirmed.
Consumer rights
Enrolments are subject to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. When you enrol remotely, you have 7 days to withdraw (CDC, art. 49).
Cancellation
Cancellation follows the notice period in your agreement, and fees owed until that date remain payable.
